Use of Google (Universal) Analytics for web analysis
If you have given your consent, this website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA (hereinafter: “Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, i.e. text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, due to the activation of IP anonymisation on these websites, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
Further information on terms of use and data protection can be found at https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html and at https://policies.google.com/?hl=de .
On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage.
The data we send and linked to cookies, user IDs (e.g., user ID), or advertising IDs is automatically deleted after 14 months. Data whose retention period has been reached is automatically deleted once a month.
Google Analytics Google Signals
As part of Google Analytics, we use the Google Signals extension, a service that enables so-called “cross-device tracking” – i.e. comprehensive tracking across different devices used by users. To do this, Google uses the data of users who are logged into a Google service at the same time when visiting our website and who have activated the “personalized advertising” option in their Google account settings – which can be deactivated by the user at any time (https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated). The information retrieved in this way can include the user’s location, search history, YouTube history and data from websites that work with Google and is used to provide aggregated and anonymized insights into user behavior across devices. Google Signals is only used with activated IP anonymization. Google does not make any specific user profiles available to us, but only statistics based on logins and device types of all users who were logged into a Google account and have performed a conversion. Further information on Google’s terms of use and privacy policy can be found at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html and at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Google for the use of Google Signals, which ensures that Google only processes the personal data of our website visitors in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

12. Advertising via marketing networks
Google AdWords Remarketing
Our website uses Google Conversion Tracking. The operator of Google AdWords services is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. If you accessed our website via an ad placed by Google, Google AdWords will place a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google.
If the user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across AdWords customers’ websites. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to compile conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.
For more information about data processing by Google, please see the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy . There, you can also change your personal data protection settings in the Privacy Center.
Revocation of consent:

Use of Google Remarketing
This website uses the remarketing function of Google Inc. The operator of the Google Remarketing services is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter “Google”).
This feature is designed to present interest-based advertisements to website visitors within the Google advertising network. A so-called “cookie” is stored in the website visitor’s browser, which allows the website to recognize the visitor when they visit websites belonging to the Google advertising network. On these pages, visitors may be presented with advertisements related to content they have previously viewed on websites that use Google’s remarketing feature.
For more information about data processing by Google, please see the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy . There, you can also change your personal data protection settings in the Privacy Center.

The legal basis for these transmissions is Article 6 (1) (b) and Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR. Transmissions based on these provisions may only take place if this is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of our company or third parties and if the interests of the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subjects, which require the protection of personal data, do not outweigh them. As a participant in the analytics union, a cooperation of various distance selling companies, we process your data within the scope of our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for our own and third-party marketing activities.
Your data will initially be analyzed by selected and reliable service providers on a pseudonymized basis, along with data from other participating companies, in order to identify relevant marketing activities for you and potentially generate new customers. Further information is available at info.analyticsunion.de or from CUSTOMY GmbH & Co. KG, Klarissengasse 4, 48143 Münster.

You can object to the use of your data for these purposes directly by contacting us or more easily on the following website: info.analyticsunion.de in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR. If, in addition to your objection, you also expressly request the complete deletion of this pseudonymized data, it can no longer be guaranteed that you will be excluded from marketing activities in the future, as a corresponding protection comparison with your pseudonymized data set created for this purpose cannot then be carried out.
You can assert all other data subject rights arising from the GDPR, in particular your rights to information, rectification, erasure, and data portability, directly with us. We will then process your concerns with recourse to our cooperation partners.
In accordance with Art. 11 (1) GDPR, the possibility of identifying you based on your data will only be maintained for as long as necessary for the purpose of the respective data processing. Due to the complex encryption procedures, it is therefore possible that your data can no longer be linked to your identity after this time. In this case, the data subject’s rights under Art. 15-20 GDPR can only be asserted if you provide additional information that allows us or our cooperation partners to clearly identify you.
Changes to our privacy policy
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy to ensure it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy, for example, when introducing new services. The new privacy policy will then apply to your next visit.
